Please keep in mind that a refundable $50 deposit is required upon room booking on top of your nightly rate. If you're looking for an affordable, straightforward stay, this spot gets the job done—just go in with the right expectations. The real highlight is the fantastic self-serve breakfast, complete with DIY flapjacks, boiled eggs, fresh coffee, and tea to start your morning. The common lounge is on the smaller, cozier side, and while the bedrooms meet basic cleanliness standards, they definitely aren't like home and mattresses can occasionally carry a slightly stale or sweaty odor. The nighttime crowd can also get pretty noisy, so packing a solid pair of earplugs is an absolute must!

Had to book a last minute stay because our other hotel didn’t work out. The rooms were absolutely nasty. The shower had hair in it, the doors had this yellow drip off of it, and the bedding was always slightly damp because of the AC blowing straight on it. The hotel smelled disgusting and the communal bathrooms downstairs were literally covered in waste. There was also an incredibly musty smell in the room. The breakfast was below average and the front desk assistant was very dismissive while checking in. For $153, this hotel was a joke.

Customer service didn’t start off well, but thankfully a different employee saved the experience. We started the day by calling to confirm our reservation. The male employee who answered the phone around 10:45 AM on 6/06 was rude and intentionally unhelpful. The first call, he said there was no booking for our name, so we called back with the confirmation info. He kept interrupting when we were trying to give the confirmation number. As we were looking for the right number, he said it wouldn’t matter because he wasn’t going to confirm our reservation and to call the third-party we had booked it through. He really needs lessons in customer service and communication!! We have never had any issues with any hotels confirming our reservations. We confirmed everything was correct with the third party. Thankfully, the female employee at the front desk around 4:30-5:00 on 6/06 when we checked in was excellent! Check in was quick and easy, and she was friendly and helpful. The employee attending the breakfast the following morning was also great. Thankfully, the other employees saved what started out as a terrible customer service experience. I hope you’re able to help the male employee l
